Refund Policy

1. Overview

SYNCWAVE LTD ("Talkrly") wants you to feel confident subscribing. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long processing takes. It applies to all paid Talkrly subscriptions and supplements our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.

2. 14-Day Initial Purchase Refund

You may request a full refund of your first Talkrly subscription purchase within 14 days of the original transaction date, regardless of usage. This applies to the first purchase made on your account only.

3. Trial Conversion Refunds

The 7-day Try It Out trial automatically converts to a $28.80/month subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you forgot to cancel before the trial converted and were charged, contact support@talkrly.app within 7 days of the conversion charge and we will review your request and, in most good-faith cases, issue a refund.

4. Auto-Renewal Refunds

Recurring renewal charges on Weekly, Monthly, and Annual plans are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. We do, however, review renewal-refund requests on a case-by-case basis when submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge - for example, accidental renewals, billing errors, or extended periods of non-use.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@talkrly.app from the email address linked to your Talkrly account and include:

  • Your account email.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • The order or transaction ID (from your receipt), if available.
  • A brief reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you a confirmation when the refund is processed.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Charges associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or stolen payment methods.
  • Repeated or abusive refund requests on the same account.
  • Currency conversion fees, taxes, or third-party processor fees that are not within our control.
  • Renewal charges where cancellation was not requested within the windows above.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including (where applicable) the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Where mandatory law provides stronger rights than this Policy, those rights apply.
