Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and explain in detail how Talkrly subscriptions work - including pricing, auto-renewal, trial mechanics, cancellation, and billing. SYNCWAVE LTD ("Talkrly") provides each subscription plan on the terms set out below.

1. Subscription Plans Overview

1.1 Try It Out

  • Initial charge: $4.99 USD for 7 days of full access.
  • Conversion: Automatically converts to the standard monthly plan at $28.80/month.
  • Billing cycle after conversion: Monthly.

1.2 Weekly

  • Price: $8.99 USD/week.
  • Billing cycle: Auto-renews every 7 days.

1.3 Monthly

  • Price: $19.99 USD/month.
  • Billing cycle: Auto-renews every calendar month.

1.4 Annual

  • Price: $49.99 USD/year (approximately $4.16/month equivalent).
  • Billing cycle: Auto-renews every 12 months.

2. Billing Cycle

Your initial charge occurs at checkout. Subsequent charges occur on the same date at the start of each new billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your plan). If a renewal date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the charge occurs on the last day of that month. A receipt is emailed after every successful charge.

3. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

All Talkrly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the period ends. By subscribing, you authorize Talkrly and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive a confirmation email after each renewal charge.

4. How to Cancel

  1. Log into your Talkrly account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears.
  5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within a few minutes.

Prefer to email? Send a cancellation request from your account email to support@talkrly.app with the subject "Cancel subscription". We will process it within 24 hours.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You will continue to have full access to Talkrly until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on the current period unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Trial Cancellation

To avoid being charged when your 7-day Try It Out trial converts, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancellations made within the trial period stop the conversion charge; you keep access to Talkrly until the trial's original end date.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price increase will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

8. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and, where available, alternative methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional options offered by our payment processors. Payment methods may vary based on your country.

9. Failed Payments

If a renewal charge fails, we will retry the payment up to several times over a 7-day grace period and notify you by email so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be completed within that period, your account access may be suspended until billing is restored.

10. Taxes

All listed prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes will be added at checkout based on your billing address, in line with local law. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are not within our control.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility, the 14-day initial purchase window, trial conversion reviews, and the process for requesting refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
